This is your opportunity to work with a Coach who has decades of experience. Aaron began his career in 1998 at the age of 26 and has navigated many changes in the industry. His first foray into real estate
actually came at the ripe age of 14, when he began working as a handyman for a local contractor—which he continued until he could focus full time on real estate. Through part of those years, he took a brief detour
to obtain his degree in education, but quickly realized his passion for real estate after observing his father rehab an old house and sell it for a profit.
Aaron was determined to leverage his handyman skills into being a successful real estate investor. His first two deals came quickly—both closing within a week of each other. One was a tri-plex requiring minimal painting and repairs, the other was a remodeled single-family home requiring cosmetic finishes and general cleanup. Both properties had motivated sellers, enabling Aaron to secure favorable deals, allowing him to begin building a solid portfolio.
He was hooked!
Aaron has an established history of teaching and sharing his knowledge, from coaching youth sports to mentoring peers in their real estate endeavors. He can guide investors with any type of experience
background, or whether the goal is to obtain a single rental property or amass a large portfolio.
Regardless of what your end goals are, every journey requires education, and as Aaron likes to say, “You will pay for your education one way or another. You can go it alone and pay for costly mistakes, or you can hire a
Mentor who guides you around them.” Our Coaching is pennies relative to the dollars lost on one bad decision.
